Returns & Exchanges

Fresh Force wants you to be satisfied with each and every purchase you make from us. As a result, a member of our shipping department will check each piece of merchandise for any blemishes present before sending it to you. You may exchange or return any item for merchandise credit within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

You are responsible for shipping the exchanged item back to Fresh Force via a traceable carrier. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Exchanges and credits will be processed upon the receipt of the original order and verification that the merchandise is in its original condition.

No returns will be accepted without a RMA (return merchandise authorization) code. Return instructions will be provided via e-mail.
