Fresh Force wants you to be satisfied with each and every purchase you make from us.  As a result, you may exchange or return any item for merchandise credit within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.  Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

You are responsible for shipping the exchanged item to Fresh Force.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective; in that case, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receipt.  Exchanges and credits will be processed upon the receipt of the original order. 

No returns will be accepted without an RMA (return merchandise authorization) code. Return instructions will be provided via e-mail.
